Operation Wedding/Bikini Bod
I’ve decided to create this little section as a tool to track and help keep myself motivated over the coming months. My start date for this tracking process is November 28 and will go on until I leave for my wedding. Or better yet, for as long as possible. 🙂
November 2010
- 28 – Barn work/manual labour = mucked 11 stalls + swept barn
- 29 – Ride on Chelsea (30 min) + 100 Push-up Challenge Wk1, D1 – 6/6/4/4/6 = 26 push-ups
- 30 – 2M run on Treadmill (20:49)
December 2010
- 1 – 100 Push-Up Challenge Wk1, D2 – 6/8/6/6/7 = 33 push-ups
- 2 – Ride on Chelsea (15 min) – bucked off – not a long ride
- 3 – Night off – very sore from fall
- 4 – Lunged Chelsea 45 minutes (sore from fall)
- 5 – Barn work/Manual Labour – mucked 11 stalls + swept barn (very sore from fall)
- 6 – Lunged Chelsea 45 minutes (still sore from fall)
- 7 – 45 min non-stop ride on Chelsea
- 8 – 2 mile run on treadmill
- 9 – No ride; -15 outside (groomed & blanketed Chels)
