Happy 2011 Everyone!
I hope that you all had an incredible holiday season and wish you nothing but the best in 2011!
I will be embarking on a new journey this year and thought it only fitting to transform my blog as well. Tidbits From My Mind is no longer doing it for me and was not fitting my purpose, so I chose to move on to bigger and better things.
From now on, I will be blogging over at Starting Out Fit
